Cocóra Coffee

Last weekend we started enjoying a bag of beans from Spain. Thanks to my coffee subscription I am able to discover good roasters from almost anywhere. Although a visit to Spain would have been exciting, I am more than satisfied with having good coffee made in the comfort of my home.

Cocóra Coffee is a roastery based in Malaga, Spain. This is my first introduction to the brand and they have made a very good impression from their ethos to the quality of their beans.

Although Ethiopia Duromina is suggested to be ideal for filter brewing, I have been making espresso-based drinks with this and I can honestly say it is delicious. I would describe it to be more mellow-y and not too pungent for my taste; a well balanced cup for everyday. I will definitely try this as a filter and give you an update. For now, this is the way I am enjoying this bag. Once we are all safe to travel again, Malaga is a place I will certainly visit and you know why.
